Kidoz reward phase not firing

Hi, kidoz reward phase is not firing, I uploaded an app a couple of weeks ago and the reward phase was working fine. Suddenly the reward phase has stopped working, no changes to the app, just opened the app again today and I’m not getting the reward phase. Any advise?

Are you talking about an already deployed app? or are you building a new version and testing it without any code changes?

Hi Rob, thanks for the reply, I was creating a new app, and noticed while testing, so I went back and opened a app which has no changes and deployed on the store from a couple of weeks ago and same problem. So I guess you could say both

This is on android btw, haven’t tried iOS.

Update: have not made any changes to the new app or the live app, but just tested both apps again this morning, now reward phase is working intermittently, sometimes it fires, sometimes not, not sure if kidoz are updating something or if its certain ads not returning the reward phase.

We’ve applied an update to the rewarded campaigns.

Can you please check if the problem is solved?

Hi ran5 thanks for the reply and sorry it took me a while to get back to you. Have been testing it, most rewarded videos are now giving the reward, any time it’s a actual video, the one that is not is the one that looks like an interstitial with a timer in the top left. I have sent you a pm with a screenshot of the type of rewarded add that is not firing the reward phase. Please let me know. Cheers
