Where can I look up which version of Kidoz is used in an app?

If you are looking at the console usually Corona post the version of the plugin. According to @per in another thread it appears to be: Kidoz Corona plugin seems to be SDK 0.8.3.2

Is it correct with build 3318 build now the latest SDK version (0.8.5.1) is used?

Yes, that is correct. I have not verified lately but as of last week that is the version of the plugin.
