I was just about to submit my app to amazon, when I decided to test it again on my kindle.
It is a storybook app and some of the pages have songs. On the pages with songs of about 2 minutes (plus animations) it takes 1 minute to load the page!!! On the simulator it is only a few seconds.
The same page on the iPad is only a few extra seconds.
Can anybody suggest what I might do to make that load time slower?
What is probably the biggest hang up, the audio or the animations…
Maybe there is something else…?
