Hey,

During my game there will be levels that you need to pass. To pass you need to collect the stars and arrive to the win, there is three. Once you pass the level and return to level select it will show the level and the points you received from playing the level. Let’s say you received 2 points and made it to the win, how can i make it so it says you received two stars when going back to level select ? Basically however amount of points you pick up it will appear in level select right after.

As to your question, have a variable, starsCollected or the like - if it is less than three when you trigger your end level event include a native alert or a makeshift pop up message.

You need to persist the player’s score somehow. I’d use SQLite for this, ie I’d store the player’s score (points, stars etc) in the SQLite database, and then query the database for the required level on the level select screen. Doing it this way means that it remembers the scores even when you quit the game and re-load it.
