I replied to the trouble-ticket you sent in, but I’ll also answer here in case someone has the same problem…
Go into Preferences > General and make sure the Location field has been set with the location of the Corona Simulator. Once that’s been set the Launch button will be enabled.

PS - Just realized if I put a pop-up on the Launch button when Prefs hasn’t been set this question could be avoided.
