Legal question regarding accounts for Corona and AppStore

Dear Ansca,

I am a bit concern about one legal issue.

Imagine “Company Ltd” founded in Europe to small to have normal company license from Ansca (min 10 people) but to large to be individual developer (3-5 people) for Apple. So we need to get three INDIE licenses here and one company license at AppStore to implement our business model.

What is the best practice in case of managing accounts in this case ?

I imagine that this would 3 Corona SDK account per individual developers but with emails accounts under one domain. On the other hand on AppStore it will be as a company with 3 developers under it with company data as legal data but with 3 separate people work under it.

How application submitting would work in this case ? For both end-markets and Ansca LaunchPad. Can we merge 3 Corona users under one AppStore account for submitting purposes without any problems ?

well - your corona sdk accounts are irregardless of your account with apple.

a good example here at ansca - each one of the developers have a account under the anscamobile domain. but at apple, only one email is assigned the role of administrator for the certificates. that person can then grant other individuals rights in the apple development portal to members of the team who need to re-create and or add certificates.

you can then get x number of licenses for corona sdk under your domain and each user or account under your domain can then build for device… totally different that apple certificates/or at the same token android certificates.
