My app crashes sometime on device and console showing the following error

libMobileGestalt copySystemVersionDictionaryValue: Could not lookup ReleaseType from system version dictionary

[/lua]

Can someone help me here. I dont even able to understand what this error means.

Hi, same as Emerson, any luck with this as i am getting this error -combined with seg 11.

seems very hap hazard trying to reproduce it - but every once in a while it will crash my app.

Hi, this error does not really crash my app, just appears in the iPad console (xcode). Nonetheless, since the app works flawlessly, no action is required from you. My app has been published successfully, and now I’m expanding to iPhone 4.x and 5.x.

PS: I still think that Corona should provide means to handle ANY error raised by its runtime. This error happens after an event dispatching and before the listener take place (lots of prints to reach that conclusion).
