License Activation Problem - SLA?

Subject: License Activation Problem

My issue is: authorizing Corona
when I try to: run in Corona Simulator
I’m using: Corona SDK on Windows

Steps to reproduce:
Issue authorizing secondary machines per license.

  1. Download and authorize windows machine before purchase of license (as a
    trial).
  2. Purchase license
  3. Authorize license on a Mac OSX
  4. Go back to windows machine from step 1 and try to use Corona.
    On windows machine user is asked to sign-in. Upon login, user is asked to
    purchase Corona and deactivate machine to continue.

Expected: user is able to use one primary and one secondary machine per
license agreement.

FYI- for anyone else who may run into a similar issue:- Contact Support

Bug in the Windows beta causes different MAC address to be logged based on current network configuration (wifi, ethernet, bluetooth, etc). A fix is being worked on and will be posted very soon.

Ticket resolved in less than 48 hours. I’m a happy customer :slight_smile:
