license supposed to work on 2 machines

Hey

I’ve been trying to get hold of support on this matter but haven’t received anything past the automated response. I have purchased a android+ios licence of corona sdk and I am supposed to be able to use it on 2 machines(In my case, one windows machine and one mac). I know this because upon purchasing the licence, I received an email which confirmed it. Here’s a quote from the email:

NUMBER OF MACHINES: You are authorized to use two machines per subscription. If you want to use another machine that is not currently authorized, and you already have two machines authorized, you must deauthorize one of your machines first.

But I can only have one machine licensed at a time, which is really annoying.

Has anyone managed to get it running on 2 machines at the same time with their single subscription?

Yes, you can use it on two machines - and I (and many others I know) do so successfully.

I’m sorry that you haven’t heard back; I’ll bring this up with someone today and hopefully we can get it sorted out for you in a timely fashion :wink:

thanks peach for bringing this up to us

i reset your authorized machines. you had three machines associated with your account.

you will need to re-enter your username/pwd and may have to delete your anscamobile.com prefs from the preferences folder form /users/library/prefereneces

quit corona
goto users/library/preferences/
there will be up to three files in there that start with com.anscamobile, delete them.
relaunch
re-enter your credentilas
