I placed a ticket 3 days ago re a message that my license from January this year has expired and still no response from you. I keep getting kicked out of Glider every 15 minutes which is more than a little disruptive to my work flow.

10-Sep Edit: This has been 9 days now (31st August I submitted my ticket) without any response at all. Are M.Y. Developers still an active business does anyone know?

I work with Lua Glider  for 1 year, I can not do without this perfect program.
