Licensing question: is installing coirona in a large entity the same as use of by the large entity

hi I was about to install corona SDK on a work machine as I would love to show colleagues what corona can do. I would use my own non corporate subscription not associated to work.

I noticed in the licence: "2. Entity Size and Use Restrictions. The free or “Starter” versions of Corona SDK may not be used by commercial entities with annual gross revenues of more than $100,000 USD ".

the company I work for is a substantial commercial entity (mobile operator) and I was wondering whether this means I cant install it without an enterprise license.

Could someone clarify please as it would be a shame not to be able to evangelise corona within the entity.

Thanks

Please post a link to the source of that information.

I don’t see anything that says that on the pricing page (https://coronalabs.com/pricing/) or the FAQ (https://coronalabs.com/frequently-asked-questions/).

I’m not saying you’re wrong here, but I do know that old pages tend to float around a bit and that may simply be an old page that needs to be snipped.

That is some old text that probably needs removed.  But even then, you can use the SDK for demos.  It’s currently free.  Having that link would be helpful.

excellent thanks for the clarification, If my lovely IT auditers ask I’ll show them this trail.
