Limit bandwidth on Appodeal precaching?

I’m getting a few users lobbying complaints that the game eats up over 200mb of bandwidth in a short period of use. Is there a way to cap Appodeal’s bandwidth, either to be on wifi only, or over a specific period of time?

I’ve tried removing some of the ad networks, and removed the plugin portions for ad types I’m not using, but it still seems to occur. Any ideas?

I turn off Video ads for non-wifi players in the Appodeal control panel for the exact same reason.
