Link Found Between Password Reset Issues and High Blood Pressure in Developers

I had a somewhat irritating experience trying to reset my lost password, because your PW Reset system has not emailed me anything to fix it, and your customer support was no better. I had sent several emails to Corona Support and Sales departments, a week apart, and got nowhere at all. I did receive auto-replies and an incident number. Fortunately, I managed to remember my password today, otherwise I’d still be unable to even post this complaint! It is possible that your password reset system isn’t working with hotmail accounts, but may be functioning properly for others. For non-technical issues like this, it would be nice if you people had a phone number for customer support and sales.
Better go check my blood pressure again, should be alright now. :slight_smile:

Thank you from bringing this up, clearly a big problem. I will bring this up in our next meeting and hopefully we can ensure it never happens again.

I just checked and the password reset worked for me. I received the email and was able to go in and change it. Did you just not get the email? Any chance it may have gone into your spam folder? Just trying to trouble shoot to see where things broke down…

Where is the password reset form?  We just purchased the pro and cant activate (maybe our password is too complex or long).

There should be a “forgot password” link on the login page.  You should be able to trigger a reset from there.
