I was wondering - did someone tried to deploy corona apps on Linux via html5*wrapper. And if yes - what wrapper did you use?
You can try to build native Linux app using Corona Linux Builder. It’s beta for now but most of functionalities works already. There is Linux thread in https://coronalabs.com/slack/
I’d like to clarify this a bit.
Linux builds allow you to use a Mac or Windows to build apps or games that run on Linux.
This is has been a closed Alpha, but having a few more testers wouldn’t be bad. We are still considering this a closed test. If you’re interested in testing this, please join our community Slack (@vitaly provided the link above) and join the #linux channel. There is a pinned post with the steps needed to enable building for Linux. We recommend using the latest daily build to get the latest updates.
What this is not: This is not running the simulator on Linux to build Android or Linux apps. If you’re interested in that, you can try the steps in this forum post: https://forums.coronalabs.com/topic/73309-corona-on-linux-the-ultimate-guide-for-almost-beginners/
A community developer has the Windows version of Corona running under Linux. This is, of course, unsupported, but it is working. We eventually want to get that working, but that’s not what this is about.
