I don’t know if there is enough money to have someone actually produce that list. That’s a lot of phones to buy off-contract. Not only do the devices vary, vs. what version of Android they are running vs. Carrier Crapware and restrictions. Lets say your Galaxy S II is available from AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and Virgin Mobile. You would need one for each carrier.
