Live streaming camera Android phone to PC

Hi,

Is it possible to start the camera,record what it  and then stream those motion pictures to my local wi-fi network and then play it instantly?

I want to create an app such as spy-droid,or IP WebCam.

Not with Corona SDK. You might be able to with Corona Enterprise.
