Local videos don't play on Android with Live Build

If I were a better person, I’d submit an official bug report, but local videos do not play with either media.playVideo or native.newVideo on Android. Tested multiple devices, multiple versions of Android. Results in app crash. They play fine on iOS. They play fine on Android if Live Build option is not checked.

Streamed video do work, though I did not test them thoroughly.

I thought I saw build 2016.3016 the other day, but it seems to have disappeared?
