Localized default.png?

I have been searching the forum and the internet, but couldn’t find the answer to this.

In Corona, is it possible to have localized default.png? Basically different locale see different default.png files?

I think it is not possible even in the Apple iOS SDK kit, so definitely not possible in CoronaSDK.

However, you can have the default with the logo of your app, then have a customised splash screen that is localised displayed when the app actually starts.

search, there is a thread with Carlos and Walter suggesting how to make splash screens.
