Login failure

Has anyone come across this?

I keep getting this message which is preventing me from logging in.

“You are already using this software on another computer. Please deauthorize the other computer before logging in on this computer. Or click Purchase to work on multiple computers.”

I am already a IOS Pro user. Fully Paid and has been using this account between Mac and Windows. Now this has happened and no one seems to be responding to any logged issues or replying to any emails.

Have you been able to login with the latest build (2011.484)?
