Login not accepted

I just downloaded Corona to my computer and when I try to start up the interface, it asked for my login info but tells me it is wrong.  I can sign into the website environment ok but just not the actual app creation environment.

Can you please give us a few more specifics? Platform (OS) you’re using, and version? Which web browser you used to sign up?

Thanks for responding.  I am using WIN 10 version 1703.

I signed up using Google Chrome.

Did you get a confirmation email after signing up? Can you please check that your browser/email application did not tag it as “spam”?

Nope, I never received the confirmation email.  Could that be what’s holding everything up?

I just tried to log in again and I am still getting the error message that my username and/or password is wrong.

Should I try uninstalling/installing again?

Just to confirm, you are stuck at this “Product Activation” point, correct?

I take that last response back, I am stuck at step #2.

Hmmm… from the Corona Simulator, can you look under the “Preferences” panel for a button that says “Deauthorize and Quit”? Do that and then restart the Simulator. Let me know what happens after that.

P.S. - Do you happen to have any sort of “aggressive” firewall or security software installed and running?

Corona won’t let me do anything until I login.  I can only quit out if it.

I just noticed the email you specified for your account ends with “.co n”, not “.co m”. I assume this is why you didn’t receive the confirmation email?
