Just checking in with a problem I’m encountering. While trying to build for device (same issue happened when trying to authorize my license) the simulator is unable to connect to the Corona servers.

Console shows the following :

Is this an ISP issue or something? For what its worth, I’m connecting from Asia.

Edit : Using a VPN such as Hotspot Shield lets me connect and build without problems, but it’s quite a hassle. [import]uid: 63884 topic_id: 10903 reply_id: 310903[/import]

Most likely yes. the problem maybe the IP is changing on you - that’s why when VPN it works. If the IP changes when making a build, most likely the server will fail.

I’m getting a connection error when trying to build as well. I’m on Comcast in Maryland. Here is the console output related to the error:

Yes Carlos , i am from India.It was working fine some 2 hours ago.

Hey guys,

As Carlos said the changing IP can be an issue - but if you’ve been able to build fine in the past and suddenly you can’t, wait a couple hours before panicking.

From time to time I try to build and have the same issue - I’m not a “technical” person, however I understand that sometimes servers get super busy and that could be the cause.

Just worth mentioning to avoid panic if this suddenly happens to you :wink:
