I guess it will resize it to display the image, try a 100x100 image if you find it pixel-lated then you can increase the size. There is no manual anywhere on this one. SO it is all a trial and error on what works best for you.

Are you planning a logo of your own picture?

And, to set that, go to your account settings and upload an image

Yes and Yes… I have made like 10 different sizes and found one that worked on my twitter account without it being blurry.
