Looking for a Developer(or gaming company) for a Tile Based Strategy Game

Hi,
I have a client who is looking to built a tile based strategy game similar to Strategic Conquest, Strategic Initiative (http://www.strategicinitiative.org), Age of Empires. The game would have land and ocean tiles, and there would be logical units (infantry, submarines, etc) that the user can use to establish cities and military power. The game needs to have both single and multiplayer modes.

I am looking for developers(or gaming companies) who would interested in partnering with us to built this app for my client. Prior experience in building Tile Based game is preferred.
