The App must contain
Scrolling RSS News
Live Internet Radio of the Game
Video Channel
Push Notification of Scores
InApp Ticket Purchasing connecting to TicketMaster
Venue Map.
Can all this be achieved with Corona? also can it be applied to BlackBerry and Android?

I don’t think Corona currently supports push notifications. However there may be a way around that: you could set up a server to send the user an email or text alert or something, and then the app will download the latest scores when the user launches it.
ADDITION: I just noticed this in Code Exchange, maybe Corona does support push…
