Looking for a Programmer to create Professional looking Games

I have created a company and am in the process of getting some teams together to make some games and release them in December. I have designed them all and have documentation for the programmer to look at and I will explain anything as well. I am the designer, artist and animator. I have some artists, sound designers and music composers. We are even working on a marketing team to make sure the games sell a great amount. The games are coming together very nicely, however we now need them to be programmed and work.

The games are very interesting, fun and very unique so a NDA would have to be signed.

If you are interested in joining our team and you are a skilled programmer with the initiative to learn anything needed to bring these games to life, please let me know and we can discuss more in detail.
