looking for character movement and controls script example

ok well i was looking around for a good tutorial and came across this …

i was wondering if someone can help me out here, the tutorial says that “If there’s enough interest, I plan to write additional blog posts that will add an animated character and controls so you can turn this into an actual playable game. Let me know in the comments if this is something you’d like to see here.”

does anyone know if he already made it or if theres some where i can get code from another project out there and try to re use it to setup the character movement and controls?
i bet that its really easy it just that im new to all this

As it was posted on the 26th of this month, I doubt there is an update to it already as there are only 2 comments. (Just speculating.)

@need420spweed I’m the guy who wrote that post and I only posted it a few days ago so no I haven’t posted a followup with movement controls yet. :slight_smile:

@peach pellen i was looking for it but i only found a analog stick(joystick) script, can you send me a link for the d-pad one im just looking for something simple left and right movement but i’ll just mess with the analog script for now

**edit** never mind i found it, peach it was in that huge list of tutorials

@tim10 if you could make the next part of the tutorial that would be awesome dude,if you could make it a video tutorial that would be way better but idk its up to you
