Looking for Corona/Lua Expert to help with Enemy AI in RPG

Hello, I am looking for a Corona/LUA expert who can code an enemy AI that is realistic and intelligent. 

The enemy needs to follow and attack the player, when the player is within range. and the enemy must move in a realistic radius.

 

What I am looking for is similar to the enemy AI in the video below. The enemy will approach the player and begin attacking on its own, with a list of several attacks it will use, in a random, realistic order. 

 

I use the Million Tile Engine, so I would need it to work with that. Code will be provided.
