I think you should provide a build number.

Hi Quruk,

What does the tag for the exception say?  I just want to make sure its from Corona and not from some other app.

what tag and where? (if you mean the popup that appears on the user screen… i dont know)

some users wrote like:

a. Was in main screen calendar, just faded and closed on its own

b. the application keeps closing when I open it

c. always force closes when I have my wireless or other apps on

maybe it has to do with InMobi banner, because c. wrote it only happens when on wireless.

its definitly in my Corona App…

and really need soon a solution… daily around 10 People report that Error!!

(i dont have that in my native Android App… only withing my Corona App)

java.lang.NullPointerException

Do you have any sort of sample code that makes it crash?  This is very hard to track down with just this information because the information is so generic.  Also like vovasoft said, it would be helpful if you can provide the build number you used to build the app.

the build was 2012.813

and source code i dont know what to send as its a big application.

i am sorry to say that the log and crash reports are so bad and are not very helpful.

let me know what i could do/send else

Since you’re using such an old build, perhaps using a more recent build will fix the issue.
