I was bored so I made this tool. Thought people might find it useful.
What it does is let you create tile maps from images. You need two files - a dictionary file containing one pixel/color per type you need, and a level file. See these examples (much enlarged):
It then generates Lua that you can handle any way you want.
The application was built using Html5, but unfortunately the upload won’t work in Safari. Firefox is fine though. You can still use it with Safari if you download the source. You can then change the default images.
