M.Y,
I downloaded the Win64 installed and re-installed. Everything broke.
Trying to run Glider, I get “Cannot find Java 1.7 or later” error.
I saw that the install added another “luaglider32” icon and ran that. I got a “Cannot find Platform*” error.
So, I uninstalled, found an installation package I downloaded back in December of 2013 and re-installed. That works, but I still get “14 updates available”, yet when I try to install these updates, I get “No updates available”. I still don’t see a “What’s New” option either.
Thinking back a bit… I recall I had a similar issue a few months ago when you mentioned there was an update. I grabbed that update and all hell broke loose.
I don’t want to give you a hard time, and I really like Glider, but I have nothing but continued problems trying to upgrade. This is getting extremely annoying because it causes me a lot of downtime and re-configuration when I attempt to upgrade. I am not sure if anyone else has similar problems, but at this point in time, I believe I will leave what I have and live with it.
