Mac Corona Sdk Activation Failure.

I have my PRO subscription activated on my development PC and have been trying to get my MAC activated. The SDK keeps bombing when I try to activate it with username / password.  I had previously posted this topic but it sat there for a week and no longer shows up on the new forums…  I have tried three different builds… The build is replacing a demo license.

I need to test stuff and could use some help asap.

Thanks

I haven’t seen a crash like that before.  Can you email the crash log and any other details to support@coronalabs.com and I’ll take a look?

You’ll find the crash logs in  ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports   named something beginning with “Corona Simulator”

Also, can you describe exactly the point you’re at when the crash occurs?  Entering your password, clicking “Login” or at some other point.

There were no files in the listed directory… Unless they are hidden… I am not a mac person.  I copied the entire crash report from the screen and emailed it to support.  The happens immediately after entering your password from the verify purchase button.  I have tried to uninstall the sdk and reinstall it, boot the mac, etc.

This was fixed by changing my password… Thanks Corona Support!
