Dear All,

I am building a magazine app, and the strategy I have been using is in-app web view. 

I thought once my app was approved by Apple App Store, I could update the app content in my mobile website every month without re-submitting my app for Apple’s approval.

But I just checked some other forums, some people said that it is very hard for web view apps to survive Apple’s review… 

If this is true, how do magazine apps and newspaper apps update their news content weekly or daily???

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me a clue.

If I remember correctly I believe Apple will reject if your app _ only _ displays a webview.  They don’t want people publishing apps that only open a webpage.  As long as you add some functionality to your app, other than a webview, I believe it will be fine.

Adjust font size?

In-app subscription?

In-app login?

Adjust background colour?

I’d suggest adding a couple features in the app that are not web view related. Like – About page, Being able to edit your text and/or font size. Stuff like that.

But another question here: it is technically possible for us to control the size of webpage font in the app?
