Manually add entries into listview3 under samples

Hi All

i am trying to add my own entries into listview3 under samples,

samples / Interface / Listview3 

currently when you run this it will show 20 entries,

how can i manually add the following with out using loops,

apples

bananas

grapes

thankyou
