Manually ordering frames in a sprite sequence?

How would I manually select the frames in a sequence?

Right now I’m using sprite.add, but would like to conserve by taking something like frame 4 and placing it at the start of a sequence that uses frames 17-20. I’d also like to repeat frames for timing purposes.
