Hi again,

I am trying the Mapview example but it says to build for ios or xcode and I am trying to do that but the “build” button does not become active, what do I need to do? What is the code signing identity? Someone help please.

OK, I am trying to follow directions to obtain a code signing identity but when I click on this link:

http://developer.apple.com/iphone/manage/overview/index.action

I get :

"Access denied

You do not have access to the page you requested."

Are you a licensed Apple developer for iOS? (As in, you’ve paid the $99 fee to Apple and have access to the provisioning portal?)

Has your developer license been approved? Sometimes that can take a week or so. (Although calling Apple can get it sped up - which is what I did back when I signed up.) [import]uid: 52491 topic_id: 17087 reply_id: 64446[/import]

That’s what it was Peach, I thought I had paid because I could login into the development portal and go into the members area but not to the ios provioning portal. I paid, I think again. I am searching for receipts but I paid so I can continue learning with the examples.

Apple emails you a receipt for payment so searching your email would be one to see.
