Mbackground music dropping on game minimise and relaunch

Hi,

I am in the closing stages of my app and ironing out a few bugs.

When a user plays a level, but then minimises the app and returns having used another application, the background music to the game has stopped.

Is there a way to reinitialise this when the app is resumed?

I have a similar problem on the Kindle Fire where I play a video and then I can’t play background music. It’s because on Android playing a video suspends the app while the video plays and the audio doesn’t come back in a good state.

My bug report on this is #14826

I’ve emailed in this forum thread so they can add iOS to it since it sounds like a similar problem (not resuming audio from a system resume event.
