Will my app be deleted from the app store if I don’t renew my Corona SDK membership ? I plan to renew once I have my next app ready. Will there be any effects on the previous apps ?

No your app will be fine on the App Store, only your Apple, Google or Amazon Developer renewal effects that NOT your Corona SDK renewal.
