Mental block - letterbox scaling help!

Guys I’m having a mental block over a simple problem. My project is set to letterbox scale based on 480x320 px. It works great however I have some text that is say x = 10 and y = 10. Question is when I go up to the taller screen on the ipad or other tall devices what code can I use to establish this and shift the y value of the text up by the difference in height??
