Menu Bar not rotating

Okay,

I’ve built some simple apps and I’ve noticed that when you flip orientation to horizontal…the menu top bar stays at the top so that it’s on the side.

I’ve been unable to do anything to fix this. I’m compiling against XCode 3.1.2 and using iPhone 3.1.2.
Any suggestions?
