'Menu' button not working on Apple TV 4K?

Hi everyone,

I’ve had an app on Apple TV for a few years. In it, you can bring up a menu by clicking the action button on the remote. You can then exit the menu by clicking the menu button; however, I’ve had some reports recently of users not being able to exit the menu with the menu button (nothing happens). They are using Apple TV 4K (I have an Apple TV HD). Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? Are there any differences in Solar’s implementation of tvOS between Apple TV 4th Gen and Apple TV 4K? Any suggestions appreciated.

Hey Troy, no, I wasn’t ever able to reproduce the issue so I gave up. If you’d like to check out the App it’s called Just Rain+. Thanks!
