Menu scroll bar with drag drop feature

I’m having an impossible time trying to combine a menu scroll bar with the ability to drag an object/image from the scrollbar to the scene. Is there example code or can anyone give me some insight into this?

Could you put up an example of what you currently have? It’s hard to picture the specifics of what you’re trying to achieve.
