Metadata rejected for Apple TV gore problem

But my app was build with distribution profile for App Store, not for Apple TV App store.

Can they reject it?

Are you sure you didn’t pick TV for the profile when you created it?

Well now I am not sure, but just in case, if i dont ckeck Apple Tv aPP store in profile, my app should not be sold in app tv app store, right?

Thank you for your resubmission and clarification. The previous rejection issue is still outstanding. Please address the issue accordingly after careful review of what the guideline requirements are. "

Even  I increased level of rating to +12, but still they say that

You apparently are still submitting to the Apple TV store.  Regardless of what you set your app too, icons must still be 4+.
