Method to save a picture with object on it (stickers overlay) in device full resolution?

Hi

i am testing some stuff and i would like to know what is the best method to save a photo in device full size that i previously load with the camera or load from my photo album and which i added sticker ( decoration) on it?

i do not want to use the “screenshot” option though…
