I am trying to modify the appearance of the widgets and within the Corona SDK Resource folder I have found some images that I thought I could modify and they would appear different in the app
For example the file widget_theme_ios7.png (with additional @2x and @4x files)
However, that is not the case. I still get the same images in the themes like it was before I made the changes.
Am I on the wrong track ?

It may involve having to download the open source widget library from our github, but you will get the texture packer files.
