Maybe somebody can post an example on how to use the mouseover effect on a button?

If Apple introduce in maybe the iPhone6, a surface computing type technology that Microsoft has in their Surface 2 prototypes, then it could even capture the hover on touch devices using an infrared sensor that measures the height of an object from the screen.
For now, as RobMiracle said, no Hover, that was also one of the reasons why Apple dissed Flash, where Flash generally works more on Hover than touches.
