Multiple Vungle ads?

I’ve got a quick question and searching didn’t bring up any results.

I’ve recently integrated Vungle ads (with a fallback to Chartboost).  But I want a Vungle ad to show every 3 times a user gets a game over.  In my testing though I can only get it to show the first time.  The other times it returns the event.response that Ad is not available.   

Is there something I need to do to tell Vungle to start downloading a new ad?  Should it be doing it automatically?  Has anybody had any luck with showing Vungle multiple times?

I’ve reached out to the Vungle tech support and they informed me they were doing some changes to the IP addresses that the test modes were requesting ads from (deactivating an old address).  They suggested switching the ad status to Live and trying that which did seem to resolve the issue.  

Just my luck that I would be testing this right when they were making changes…
