I would like to know if it works with iphone 6 , plus and iOS 8.
I do not have iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus to test .
Yes, it will work. Your content area will be roughly the same size as the iPhone 5. That is if you are using a 320x480 content area, it will report 320x568 to 320x570 or so. The iPhone 6 will use your @2x assets. The 6 Plus will use your @4x assets.
