I’m sharing with you my game made with Solar2D:
Love Quiz is a game for you and your partner to test your compatibility with a few questions that, at the end, will give you a score and analysis of your relationship’s compatibility.
The game was made entirely in Lua using Solar2D, with translation into several languages, guaranteed fun to play with someone you like.
I still intend to improve some things, so I’m open to opinions, criticism, praise, etc…
Why are your screenshots so tiny and illegible? You should upload HD assets not tiny ones.
Unless your app is only aimed at Portuguese speakers and you haven’t translated your game to multiple languages - a store listing in Portuguese is really limiting visibility and installs.
It has the following languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese.
Not sure of the value in a chinese translation when Play is not available in China?
I’d advise making your Google Play listing in English - otherwise most of the world will not understand.
So I downloaded your app and it’s displaying Portuguese, why? It’s real simple to read the device language and automatically select the language. Changing the language does not change the button text.
Also most of the questions make no sense with respect to the UI. For example, “who is more stingy?” and the answers are correct/undecided/wrong. I assume you mean me or you - but it’s completely ambiguous - is “me” correct or “you” correct?
Also lots of the UI is not translated at all. Have you even tested this?\
When you retry - it defaults back to PT.
There aren’t only Chinese people in China; the fact that there’s no Google Play in China doesn’t prevent a Chinese person in Germany from using an app in Chinese.
I launched the app while it was still unfinished, I know that, there are still some things to be modified and improved, but it’s always better done than perfect, first you do it, then you improve it.
Regarding the questions, they are designed for couples, meaning one person asks the other, and depending on the answer, they click the corresponding button.
And yes! There are still some corrections to be made, both in the app and on Google Play.
