Hi there - sorry, we have a time difference :slight_smile:

That is a normal response when you file a ticket, then a person replies to it. (The “machine” reply is just to let you know we’ve received the ticket.)

I’m sorry to hear about your Paypal issues; I hope it doesn’t take you too long to get verified. (I’m not sure how it works there but in Australia it only takes about 6 days IIRC.)
