today morning, my status became (( under review )) then 10 minuts ago changed to (( Pending Contract ))
do I have to change my bank information or something, or waiting them or what ?

You most likely have an old agreement you approved and they need you to approve a new one.

I did not use the in app purchase ? ( I do not now what is this ) is it if I want to add some feature to my app that make users to buy something in my app like (( gun, points , ect )) ??
I got last email from apple which is :

The following app has been approved. The status has changed to Ready for Sale.
If your contracts are not in effect at this time, however, your app status will be Pending Contract. You may track the progress of your contracts in the Contracts, Tax, and Banking module in iTunes Connect.
Note that it may take up to 24 hours before your app is live on the App Store. This delay is dependent upon any app availability issues.
but still when I go to bank& tax : the status is (( pending for contract ))
and also in my game manage (( pending for contract ))
and last email was (( my status is ready for sale )) as u see :

send e-mail with this to itunesconnect@apple.com, they are very nice and if the problem is with itunes connect, they will help you and explain what is wrong.

but regrading their last email to me that changing my status to (( ready for sale ))
is that mean , everything is okay and take 24 hrs to be in Apple store , but in the email they mentioned that (( contract and bank, tax comment ))
